The hotel location is excellent - just a few hundred meters away from landmark sites, such as Albert Park, the Thurston botanical garden and the Fiji Museum. The comfort of my room was great and the view was exceptional, amazing, superb. But above all, the greatest asset of the Tanoa Plaza Hotel is its staff. I began my stay in Suva with two days of leisure activities, staying on for another five days to run a workshop with participants from 6 countries from the region. The hotel general manager Mere went above and beyond to provide great customer service and ensure that everything runs smoothly for us. Special thanks also to Anisha (Reception) for her great professionalism, efficiency and helpfulness. Book at the Tanoa Plaza, Suva to feel welcome, cared for and to enjoy Suva to the fullest.

Cleanliness for the entire of the hotel, room very pleasant with city view/smelled fresh included mini refrigerator, safe, ironing board and iron with closet to hang my clothes. It also had an elevator for easy access for entry/exit, pleasant staff and great location

For breakfast included in the room rate it is very nice EXCEPT for the fake orange created from sunquick. That I believe is a major oversight as I do not drink juices with sugar added and this was sugar added.

Good to have the breakfast as part of the deal, very efficient and good reange of choice. location was perfect for the pickups and also the time off activities for us.
